Automatic bending machine for bars up to 32 mm in diameter. The automatic B-Master produces nearly all shapes, employing just one operator.

The B-Master is integrated into the existing production flow and is located where previously conventional table bending machines have been in operation.

The B-Master bends several bars simultaneously. The servo-controlled positioning system comprising a gripper assembly, in front and behind the turntabel, is designed to cater for high positioning speeds. The grippers reach close up to the actual bending tools making it possible to produce short leg lengths and small shapes as well as stirrups and double bends.

The servo-controlled gearbox retracts downwards automatically enabling bending operations to be performed both in the clockwise and anti-clockwise directions. Another feature about the gearbox retracts downwards is when changing tools. The bending tools are simply lifted off and a new one inserted.
