Automatic double bending lines for bending of concrete reinforcing steel bars. They are consistently efficient and achieve high productivity when the production of large shapes, large diameters and double bends is involved - as is often the case in the construction of e.g. bridges or road building.

The mode of operation is very simple: the bars to be bent are pre-sorted with no great physical effort - in most cases automatically - and fed into the bending tools. The bending sequence is initated and the shapes produced discharged by means of a pneumatic lifting device into mobile collecting pockets.
