 - The Permatic double bending line comprises one stationary and one mobile bending machine. The major component of the bending machines is the field-proven and powerful STEMA/PEDAX gearbox built from standard parts - also used on the Perfekt and Special bending machines.
 - A new pneumatically operated robust clamping system which securely holds the bars in place on the stationary bender while the mobile machine is positioned by means of a precision rack and pinion system.
 - Permatic double bending line with robust material guides and four discharge selector gates. Collecting pockets for storing the shapes produced are standard.
 - The shapes are automatically lifted off and deposited in the collecting pockets. The following bars automatically glide into the bending tools.
 - Bending hearts for automatic production in clockwise and anti-clock-wise direction eliminating manual handling of the shapes and available upon request.
