Cadormatic is the most powerful concrete reinforcing steel shearing cutting plant in the world. Powerful because Cadormatic - cutting plants with the extra strong shearing machines Simplex RS 300, RS 500 and RS 600 are built to offer cutting widths of 300, 500 or even 600 mm.

The concept has a modular design and has been developed for high economic efficiency.

Cadormatic bar shearing systems thus guarantee unrivalled high performance and efficient working sequences.

Method of operation: Bars to be cut are stored on a multiple-storage rack, from where they are placed into a counting pocket. The infeed conveyor takes over the bars and transports them through  the shears to a position in front of a measuring conveyor stop. The Simplex RS cutting machine already positions the bars to the exact cutting length measurement during transportation. All the cut bars are then automatically conveyed and ejected into the programmed storage box or processing station.

• High capacity from up to 80 t/shift or up to 150 t/shift.
