Cadormatic 300 is equipped with six-fold collecting boxes for fixed length storage, chain cross transport for the feeding of a Permatic double bending line and a hook system for the material supply to conventional bending lines.
A company that has been equipped with several cutting lines for a particularly fast and flexible operating method, as the shortest possible reaction times are required here.
Simplex RS 600; cuts with 600 mm wide blades, is one of the most powerful cutters on the global market; e.g. 18 bars with a diameter of 28 mm at the same time.


Storage rack equipped with collecting chains, available with two, three or four compartments.
Chain cross conveying system for the automatic material supply to a Cadormatic-shearing plant.
Pocket system for chaotic material infeed and for random material removal.
The reinforcing steel bars to be cut are positioned in the measuring conveyor via robust length stops. For intermediate sizes the Simplex RS cutting machine moves to the exact cutting length.
