Automatic stirrup bender with servo drive for single-strand up to 12,7 mm and double-strand from 5 to 10 mm diameter.
On request the machine can be supplied wit our patented Anti-Twist System, which can easily be adjusted during production by means of a handle at the front of the machine.
The "Logic-Soft" software is a standard feature, which, together with the new control panel, provides the most user-friendly system on the market.
The special design of the machine permits the use of a collecting bench for straight bars, a special bench for L-shapes and enables a trolley for putting orders together to be placed under the bench. The machine design also makes it possible for a commissioning trolley to move back and forward freely while filling with processed materials.
Due to the size combination of the straightening rollers both hot-rolled and cold-drawn wire can be processed at high speed and produce a good quality end product.
