Our flagship the Twinmaster 16 III is a automatic twin-strand stirrup-bending machine with maximum performance and high output of wire diameters from 8 to 16 mm.

The machine is equipped with servo-technology for all functions, due to our long-standing satisfaction with the Bosch/Lenze servo-technology. The servo-technology does not only make the machine more silent, but it also consumes less energy and has less maintenance costs.

The wire guide system as well as the bending function is designed very compact and when double bending is being processed the first bend is taking place in the 2'nd bending head after cutting, bending head 1 takes over, and carries out the bends in the other end of the bar. The bending plates ensure a complete flat surface and a quick mandrel change.
