The Twinmaster 16 X and Twinmaster 16 X+ are 2 new automatic stirrup machine models with high output and maximum performance.
Both machines process hot-rolled and cold drawn wire in the range from 6 mm up to 16 mm and double strand up to 12,7 mm.
The differentiated roller sizes also give better straightening results for all diameters.
Twinmaster 16 X:
The Twinmaster 16 X includes an integrated pre-feeding unit for easy threading of 2 wires, a straightening system, which are using the well-known Quick-Jig® system combined with an automatic adjustment of the last roller in each straightening roller by means of 2 joysticks.
Twinmaster 16 X+:
The Twinmaster 16 X+ is equipped with further 2 fully automatic straightening units where each top roller is electronically adjusted by an electrical spindel motor and a high speed Bosch-Rexroth/Lenze servo motor for the bending unit. The complete straightening units can be adjusted individual for each wire diameter and memorized in the computer system by means of 3 joysticks. Stainless steel front plate.
