 - Production of a Ø 16 mm rollmat, 12 m wide and weighing 1500 kg would be approx. 8-10 tons per shift.
 - The bars are easily placed in the jigs of the welding station, then they are spot welded on the flat strip, which ensures that the rollmat can be rolled up tightly with a rotation movement.
 - When the rollmat is tied up, the rolling device can be tipped (patented), to place the rollmatt into a buffer station. From the buffer it can then be removed with a crane.
 - The rollmat can easily be unrolled by two workers without using a crane.
